Green Building Products Showroom

Daniel was tired of sending his clients all over Los Angeles to choose materials for their South Bay projects.

“My clients needed to see materials a few times before making a decision. All that time driving to and from various showrooms…not to mention, the carbon footprint on our environment … was just too much.”

His vision to bring materials to his clients developed into South Bay Green, the South Bay’s premier building material showroom.  South Bay Green specializes in non toxic, recycled, and reclaimed finishes for remodels and new construction, at every budget.

South Bay Magazine

“TreeHouse No. 7 is a quintessential beach colonial with a ton of green features, including a cool roof, LED lighting, synthetic grass, electric car charging station, special insulation and several recycled and reclaimed materials.”

Family Affair

South Bay Magazine

“When the term “green construction” was coined, most people associated it with bland-looking materials that were expensive to install in return for a small environmental savings. However, the home recently built by Andrea and Lee Hutter in Manhattan Beach has just redefined “green construction.” ”

Manhattan Beach Gets Gold For Its Green

“For Daniel Salzman, it may not be easy being green, but it’s worth it.  “The Manhattan Beach resident is the director of Evergreen Design.Build Inc., a residential development company specializing in the construction of “green” homes.”

Natural Instincts

South Bay Home

“When most people hear the words ‘sustainable’ and ‘LEED-certified,’ they frequently think ‘modern and uncomfortable,’” says Daniel. The Leitzow home is a testament to the fact that green living can be incorporated into traditional home styles using beautifully crafted products for seamless integration.”

No Reservations

South Bay Magazine

“This organically designed oasis in Southern Utah offers jaw-dropping views of the Grand Staircase. Nestled into a dramatic plateau, the resort has a terrific natural spa, quiet suites that feel one with nature and access to world-class hiking. You will feel worlds away from the South Bay and at one with nature in a matter of a couple of hours.”

Organic Opportunity

South Bay Magazine

“Dreams do come true, but sometimes in the guise of a nightmare. Such was the case for college sweethearts Corey and Marcie Baim, who married and started a family with the dream of building a house “someday.”
